Was excited to get my new 2016 Malibu. Through the whole sales process I was told it had Satalite radio. It wasn't until after the sale I found out it didn't. The salesman told me he would inquire about getting it added for me since it would have been a deal breaker for me on the car. That was three weeks ago and still no call back. I know it can be done because Best Buy can add it to my radio for $80 installed but I shouldn't have to pay for something that I was told was included.
I bought my grandson a used Chevy Cruse. We found out after purchase the cruise not only didn't work, the car wasn't even equipped with cruise even thought that option was highlighted on the list of equipment. Friendly wasted no time in ordering what was needed to make the car have cruise. Very happy and satisfied with this purchase.
I had a fantastic salesman in nick miller, he took the time and actually cared enough to help me get into a new car and out of the car I was in. I highly recommend going and seeing him (nick miller) for all of your automobile purchases now and In the future

He got my wife and I each into a brand new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. Great trade-in value, negotiation, and overall experience. Friendly has our business indefinitely. A truly great example for the business of service.
2014 Silverado with 40,600 miles on it and the torque converter in the transmission failed and destroyed the transmission, Friendly's service department didn't hesitate to give me something else to drive (nice vehicle at that) and had the transmission rebuilt and I picked up my truck within 3 days. That's service for you. Thanks guys, very pleased with the service, my next vehicle will come from you guys guaranteed. Thanks again to the service guys and the mechanics for doing such great work quickly.
