Worst dealership I have ever been to. The worst dealership to work with ever. Extremely dissatisfied. I took my car in on Saturday for a weird noise when the AC was turned on and my engine overheating. They told me it was a motor issue causing all the problem. I paid $825 to fix it. I went to pick it up on Wednesday and it was still making the same noise!! It did not sound any different, nothing was done!! First time I've ever walked into a car lot and felt comfortable. Consulted with Mike Lord on a ltz z71 with an off road package which would be perfect for my line of work! He really knew his stuff! I didn't buy right away and he made me feel comfortable with my choice and was never pushy at all. I will definitely be back!!
Never again. So disappointed. I bought an Equinox in December. Pushy salesman, but I loved the Equinox. My first mistake was telling him my price range, all he did was add months onto my loan. 2nd mistake I didn't check the exterior myself, huge dent on back end. Lessons I learned from, but today I go to get my oil changed and it's been over 10,000 miles since the last oil change, which the salesman said was just done.
