Person who answers the phone has an ugly as attitude
Employees are very unprofessional and not friendly at all, I personally had a horrible experience with an employee "Debahny" and "Martha the administrator" they don't show no interest for providers needs and don't have there explanations together each say a different story. And according to them no one has time to fill forms, from wed that I dropped off and was told until Monday if they could but didn't guarantee anything.
