After riding 3,000 miles around the Atlantic Provinces and making my way home to NY, I dropped my bike turning into a gravel parking lot. It fell onto it's right side and the rear brake pedal was pushed back. Long story short, I was without a back brake and still had 300 miles to home. Went in to have a valve stem installed on my bagger. Guys were super nice! Quick! And got me back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service!!
My dad and brother have always had a great experience with Friend and Friend, so when my boyfriend decided he was in the market for a new bike, I recommended you guys. Well...he applied online for financing, with me on the app too. Three days later, a hard inquiry hit his credit report. A month goes by and we hear absolutely nothing - no phone call, e-mail, not even a letter in the mail. To add insult to injury, their Instagram account began liking my photos on Instagram. We’re both super unimpressed, to say the least.
