In 1995 my wfe and l were on our way to Lake George NY for a rally and had a problem with our bike. They met us the next morning early checked out the bike had it fixed in about an hour. They were Fantastic, keep our vacation on schedule. The best service we ever had while on a trip. Thankyou.
Best place to shop. Family oriented, these guys made me kids feel as welcome there as they did my wife and I. The very knowledgeable staff answered any questions or concerns. Stayed in contact even after our purchase. We definitely will be going back to do some more shopping.
Great customer service! Visited a dealer a lot closer to home and was told we could not test ride the Polaris until the parking lot puddles were gone as they need to keep them "new". They did not even offer to move it out into the daylight from the dark warehouse? Called Friend & Friend and took the long drive to find not one but two different side by sides ready to test ride. Haven't bought one yet but they sure don't mind you kicking the tires. They were more than happy to let me test drive a few models and no pressure sales either. When I'm ready these will be the guys to get first pass at my business.
I live on soco mountain in Cherokee North Carolina an our tribe has mountain access road throughout the reservation an could easily take a gud two days to ride all of the roads. But there's trails throughout all the roads. You could check out. Mile high campground on the reservation an get an ideal of the scenery. It is beautiful an tha razor would be awesome if it could handle the terrain. Be a gud test area. Oh yea
