Outstanding customer service! I was traveling through Bar Harbor on a cross country motorcycle trip when I developed a leak in my back tire. The staff in the service department at Friend & Friend were completely booked up for a month out but were kind enough to squeeze me in given that I needed to get back on the road. They went out of their way to accommodate me and did an excellent job of repairing the rear tire and even lubed my chain without me asking them. Supposed to be trained staff but can’t fix a King Quad and definitely never orders the CORRECT parts. This place sucks and so did the one in Orono!!! WTF!!!!!
lost my key to my bike guys helped me out a ton and got me new keys. Great staff friendly and knowledgable definitely will be back

Very polite and extremely helpful to deal with everyone. Troy helped me find the perfect bike and helped work out a great deal, while Scott had went over the bike to make sure it was all tight and ready to go with very little wait. would highly recommend dealing with Troy for a salesman! thanks everyone for the help and purchase.
