We had such a wondeful experience with this office! My 3 year old is now doing fantastic with his glasses thanks to Dr. P!!! She was amazing with my son and wonderful with answering my questions and concerns. Everyone in the office is caring and personable!!! Thank you to all the staff!
I choose my doctors for distance and skill level and Andi is a wonderful doctor. I also value my time though and the older I get my patience grows thinner and my health gets more complicated. So for my safety and health, I work with the staff to prevent my hanging out in the office breathing in hot dry air along with whatever germs that might be present in the waiting areas because with my COPD and immune compromised issue, my system turns a minor illness into an illness that I need hospitalization to get through. Staff was very nice but like I seen in the views the wait time is way to long. I had an appt yesterday at 2pm and I was there a half hour early and didn't get out of there up till like 3:30. Thank God I don't have to go back for another yr. If I even go back.
The doctors and staff are very nice. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. I've never been to a medical practice that consistently is so far behind in their schedule.
I love the doctors. They are wonderful!! The wait can be a little long but I feel the excellent service makes up for it. Kristy is the best front desk person the office has ever had. She is really missed when my daughters & I come in for our visits. Things are not as efficient when she isn't there.
This place is ridiculous....hour plus wait times every time we come here. It's a shame because once you get to see the doctor it's great but the lack of consideration for peoples time is a shame. I think because the choices are limited for pediatric eye doctors so they can just take advantage of that. If you dont have time to waste look elsewhere.
