No wait. Maybe 10 minutes. Pleasant visit, start to finish. Great explanations from Dr. A. Friedberg. Courteous staff. Thank you very much.
They over book. You'll have to wait an hour or more in first waiting room, and then another hour in the back waiting room, and then wait another hour in the exam room before the doctor even sees you. They're greedy and could careless about your time. My 95 year old aunt and 80 year old uncle sat in here for almost 4 hours. NOT COOL. but they expect you to be here early for your apt to just add to the wait time. Not once have I given a review let alone a bad review. This is just ridiculous.
If you don't have any plans for your entire day and love sitting and waiting hours until you get to see a doctor this is the place for you !!!!
I always expect to be there a long time. But it is worth it. I love Dr. Andrea & Dr. Coletti.
Love the doctors there, but HATE the wait times!! Waited for 3.5 hours for our entire visit and the patient was only 7 yrs old! Too long to wait. Need to adjust the appointments to work with the amount of patients they have!!!
I went to Dr Friedberg as an emergency patient back in December and she explained what was going to happen step by step,which was a relief! I had a follow up yesterday to test my vision. Once again the staff and Dr were amazing! They explained everything b4 it happened. Afterwards I went into the eyeglass area,and the lady there was extremely helpful with picking out frames. I highly recommend the Dr and facility to anyone needing their services.
