The wait times are very long. I've learned to never make plans after my appointments! The staff are great! I have seen both Howard & Andrea Friedberg. They are professional and keep you informed about your eye health. Dr. Andrea recently did surgery on my right eye. Had a few bumps in the road to recovery. She was tremendous! Even to getting me in as an emergency 2 days post op. I don't like the wait times but I won't switch docs either!
Doctors are great! Had a billing issue but the office mgr. resolved it. Been a patient for over 10 years.
Yes, it is a long wait, usually. However, I am a diabetic and the level of care given by Dr. Colletti is more than worth the wait. I'll attribute it to other people getting the same quality care that I receive. I'd prefer that over a "quick lube" style office any day of the week.
Excellent eye specialists but I can not justify a 2hr 15 min wait. Left before my child was seen and will never return.
My 3 year old has been going her for about a year and a half now. We love the doctor she is great with my daughter but the wait can be really long sometimes and that's hard with a toddler. I would and have recommend it.
This was my first visit, at first I didn't know what to expect as the waiting room was full. Although I was there longer then I've ever been at a doctors office if was not their fault. They had emergencies coming in that needed care. Dr. Friedberg was very personable as was the rest of her staff. I went in there very nervous and they made me feel at ease. Although I am still nervous because I will be having surgery next month I know I'll be in good hands for my procedures.
took my son here had a apt 11:15 . I don't know why you make a apt you don't get seen on time . Waited hours to be seen.
Outstanding ! Very nice staff and doctor! Was able to get a fast appointment and they saw my wife as soon as we arrived! Very helpful . I would recommend them to everybody I know! 5 stars plus! Thank you !
