My most favorite ~ everything about Frida's is top of the line ~ sitting on the comfortable bar stools enjoying the wonderful special creations from the kitchen, clever, enjoyable bartenders and of course a spectacular view of the harbor~ Maui's best ~
We went for happy hour one evening...besides the magnificent view, they have a terrific selection of sipping tequila, great margaritas and yummy chips & salsa. We decided to return for lunch today and we were VERY pleased. We both ordered the ono enchiladas with beans and rice and loved our lunch. It tasted so fresh...we thought we would be disappointed eating Mexican food on Maui (as we live in Arizona), but Fridas was amazing and did not disappoint. We will be back our next visit for sure!
It seemed strange that we were on Maui and we're heading out for Mexican food, but WOW! It was 5star fantastic!!! I had fish �, and others had enchiladas -and burritos. The sauce was deep, rich and flavorful. Cocktails were great, and dessert was fantastic too! Try the butterscotch pot du'creme! We had lunch the next day at Manu (sister restaurant) and dinner at the third restaurant! These places are fantastic!
