Our server was quick to greet us. Smiling and courteous. Our orders were delivered quickly. Good wings.
Bad service and food was bad , manager did nothing except say sorry
At 3:50 we got there , 3:57 we placed an order. 4:25 the food showed up - two order of wings , three kids chicken meal and one adult chicken strip meal. Saw the server three times . when the food showed up , we were missing the adult chicken strip meal. The server left came back 5 minutes later and said do we still want it at this point everyone was close to done eating. I love Fricker's most of the time, probably 98%. I definitely like the wings better than B-Dubs. My husband and I try to go weekly. I love trying the different craft beers they serve. High five to Erica always coming thru to correct the mishaps.
Service and food was great. When it came to buying a shirt worst customer service ever. They had shirts on display but couldn't sell them until next month. Not even a sorry or anything from the girl working as hostess.
