Waited for 30 minutes for a waitress to come to my table, Had to go to the bar to get something to drink waited another 20 minutes for a waitress that never came.
our waitress messed our order up...And was rude..I heard many people complaining about her too
I was there with a friend and my daughter and the food was great and our server was awesome..she was friendly and kept checking on us and keeping the drinks coming.
Took my dad there for the first time ever. He lives down in SC and drives a truck. He was here for Christmas. Waitress only checked on us once for our drinks... Also my son ordered BBQ wings off the kids meal... Got Hot Wings instead. Along with that... My food didn't come till after my kids and dad had already ate. Third... My dad and I was going to pay for the bill on 2 separate cards. It was $47... She split the entire bill and it ended up to be $56... Which is not what we wanted done. Great bartender. Have never been huge fan of their food. But the pretzel loaf was rockin!
We always have a great time, with excellent service and delicious food. Very family friendly....
