instead of standing around at the cash register talking, check to see if your customer would like some water or a beer. you know, customer service.
horrible service...extremely long waits...took 45 minutes just to have someone even approach us... tons of people standing around maybe 2 working...food was good but the server needed fired or needs to face a hell of a pep talk I wont be back to eat inside ever! without a doubt the absolute worst frickers I've ever been into!
I haven't been here in a long time, and now I remember why. Didnt have to wait long on appetizers, then when food came out everyone got their sandwiches and fries, but me, I got my sandwich but not my potatoes. Had to wait on those. We had to ask for drink refills. I could understand if they were busy, but the place was not. Next time I will definitely go somewhere else.
I'm from out of town and. frickers is close to the hotel I'm staying at so I decided to go there yesterday well the food was not very good in the waitress was the worst ever but I figured everybody has a bad day now and then let's try it again today well that was the worst decision because I went in there ordered 10 wings and a Pepsi to go the 10 wings were $12 the Pepsi was $2.44 prices are outrageous but the quality of the food is worse the wings were not cooked well at all and when I asked them for mild sauce they charged... read more
well where do I start? It took 20 minutes to greet us. 40 minutes for drinks. 2 people had to leave because they had places to be. They brought their food out in boxes as they were walking out. the sliders did not have top buns on them. meanwhile my 15month old is starving and tired. 40 minutes after they left we still didn't have our food and the server came out telling us they hadn't started our order yet due to door dash!! we cancelled our order immediately and told everyone that we passed on the way out DON'T WASTE YOUR ... read more
Have been here for almost 2 hours and just now receiving our food... took 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Service is a hot mess. Food was bland.
Get more help..one server just isn't enough..Get a GM that's willing to help, not just walk around looking at patrons waiting to be waited on..
Was told i could pick up my order at 430. Came in and paid and waited OVER 30 minutes ago. I keep being told I’m next and then they consistently keep bringing other orders out while they keep assuring me I’m next. I paid well over 50 dollars for wings and 40 minutes later I’m still “next.”
Food wasn’t very good & the service was very sub par. I was really disappointed because my wife & I had intentions of leaving the change from a $100 dollar bill but our server just completely ignored our needs. No plates, no silverware...bad experience even for a Christmas eve. When we asked about sweet tea we were told it isn’t that good & she walked away?! Who does that?
