Even with this virus going on..... I ordered at 350pm cause I get off work at 640pm so I told them to have it ready at 650. They had a 3hr heads up for the carry out order. I waited till 7pm to walk up and ask them if it’s done and got told it would be a few minutes. I didn’t leave there till 720 and had to be in tiffin before 8 to pickup groceries. Literally 1 job to do right now, take care of the carry out orders. Phoned in order at 4 to be picked up at 6:45, at 7 it still wasn’t ready. Worst service ever, won’t ever go here again. Oh btw it wasn’t just our order, our son waited 3 1/2 hours after ordering for his to be ready also.
Over done chicken chunks. Burned up cheddar cheese balls. Ridiculous, as I'm sure they are not overly busy with people being on lock down.
Not gonna lie stopped in last Friday got some food an I was completely disappointed food was nothing like is use to be it was disgusting pasta tasted like it had been frozen at one point an everything was just bad 😪😪😪
