I ordered off line and they cant even get the order correct! very unhappy!

Recommendedthe food from frickerz is good, but my family and I ordered dinner tonight out, once we were already gone we realized they didnt give us 3 kids drinks, a whole order of fries, our ketchup and ranch wasnt given to us. we ordered $50 worth of food/drinks and alot of it was missing. last time we ordered out we had missing stuff too. we dont live in findlay so it's not like we can just go back. 😑
This was what I got for a Caesar salad. Iceberg lettuce with carrots radishes and tomato (a sandwich slice at that) mixed with Caesar dressing. What a joke.

I understand these are strange times. But if you're open for carry out, you have to be able to handle it. I'm a patient guy but when I show up and wait an additional 45 minutes for food and then catch attitude for saying something after watching the same door dash guy show back up for another pickup, that's garbage. I’ve been a regular here for a while but the past few weeks, all 4 times I’ve ordered my food has been incorrect. I order the same thing every time and I always get something by the time I open it up at home. Not sure how many times I’ll be visiting once the dining opens back ip again..
