I found this business to be extremely pricey and very dishonest. They charged me $130 for a belt that cost them $29.99. My total bill was $200 when it should have only been $80 (this includes labor). After the repair was completed the manager told me that I needed to have another part replaced. When I acquired as to the cost of the procedure, he told me that it would be between $200 and $500 (including labor). Great Service, They've got my business – I've taken three of my cars there now I like that they don't overcharge me, and go the extra mile, such as putting in all the seals when replacing a timing belt Some shops don't do that. They just told me that my car had a problem that prevented them from easily completing the repair that I had scheduled, but they put in the extra time without charging me more than the estimate. Threatened and Verbally Attacked – I had to call the police because one of their employees was threatening me and yelling at me. He was belligerent and I was terrified. I park in the entrance sometimes to pick up my kids from the bus- I'm never there for more than 5 mins and if they ever asked me not to park there I would have happily moved my car and not thought about it twice. Very helpful, not your typical garage – One of our cars the check engine light came on and we pulled into Frick Park Auto. As it turns out, it was dangerously low on oil due to an unnoticed leak. It was also low on coolant. The guys at Frick Park topped off both the oil and the coolant and when I asked about the payment they said no big deal. That action alone earned a lifetime customer (two in fact). I thought I'd put in my two cents because they differ from some of the other, more negative reviews.

Great Neighborhood Service – I was literally "stuck." My brakes went out right around the block. I had been visiting my daughter, having driven from the St. Louis area. So, that morning, I was truly "stuck." I stopped at the station and the most incredible thing was that they looked at the car right away, knowing that I was on my way home to St. Louis. Great Service – We have been having our vehicles serviced here for 10 years. They have always been honest and reasonable with their advice. they never try to "sell" a service. I have found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great Place for Service – I've never written one of these reviews before, but after reading some of the other comments I decided that I had to contribute my two cents. I first started taking my Nissan Pathfinder to the boys at Frick Park Auto, and was happy with the service. They always told me what I needed and didn't need, as the 2002 SUV was getting up there in milage. Poor quality – I had a mirror replaced. They just wanted to glue a new mirror over the damaged one. I brought them a replacement mirror and attachement piece. Turned out, 3 weeks later the mirror fell off. Said that the kit came with glue/tape, but when I contacted the part supplier they said it was a snap on piece and that there was no glue. Frick Auto said that the mirror had tape/glue on it and they just placed the mirror on. 15 mins of my own time, I was able to snap the mirror on no problem. I will never go back because... read more

WORST PRICES & SERVICE!! – My neighbor had a terrible experience here: his car was repaired, broke down out of state, and even though another mechanic said it was from the original problem not being fixed, Frick Park wouldn't fix without another $800 bill. We'd hoped new management would help, but then my family had a similar problem happen. The owner was very rude and we were overcharged. DO NOT GO HERE!
