10min visit and charged me $400 and said obsoletely nothing to my concerns, not friendly place and all they care about is $$$. avoid this place for good.
They never pick up the phone. I called 20 times and got to a real person just once, and got put on hold for an hour. If you need any help, it’s better to stop by but it’s still not a 100% guaranteed. I would advise to look for another place. Avoid Dr. Pravdin if you want your prescription refilled on time.
One of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had! The treatment felt very formulaic and not individualized at all, and the doctor came across as more interested in billing than in my health. The price was totally out of proportion to the service. I would not recommend this place at all!!
I had an excellent experience at this clinic! They were able to fit me in the very next day, and all the necessary tests were done during my visit. The doctor and nurses were so kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I really appreciated the follow-up call after my tests — they took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions, providing truly caring and attentive service.
Dr Swierz is super nice and very patient. Wife really likes her. We’ve been coming to the clinic since last year. We had, overall, a great experience.
