I would like to thank the entire staff at Fresno Surgical Center. My surgical experience here has been OUTSTANDIND! If I could give it ten stars I would. If you ever have the opportunity to come here I would highly suggest it.
I have had 6 surgeries in the last 6 years. This has been the worst place I have ever been in. The staff did not care about patient comfort. I waited 2 1/2 hours for surgery after starving all night. Woke up in recovery without any pain block and after asking several times never received any relief. Was sent home with the same meds I told them I was allergic to and broke out in hives. My daughter just finished surgery #2 here. Great place and staff. Helps knowing people who work here. :) The only thing I wish for is a café or cafeteria...especially when here all day waiting and unable to leave.
Highly recommended! This is my 2nd visit for surgery and both times were very pleasant. The staff took great care of me while recovering and the food is the best. The chef's create a menu that is an envy for those not eating here. The rooms and facility is clean and quiet, the staff take care of you much better than thos bigger hospitals close by.
