I scheduled 30,000 mile service and I was there on time . It took six hours and two status update requests at the desk to get the car finished

Lied and took advantage of my fiancée who was leasing a car. We went back in less than 24 hours after we found out that she had overpaid $250 a month on her lease. I got a quote from a dealer in south Florida who confirmed that they took advance of her. We went back to break the contract and they forced us into it. Very unethical and unprofessional.
