Very nice Hospital and the staff is very caring. I totally love nurse Dawn she is the greatest and calmed me down from anxiety. Nurse Todd also they explained everything that was going to take place and of course my Dr Boran. Thank you all for taking good care of me.
I've had 3 surgeries since July 2014. Dr. Higa is an awesome surgeon. Very caring. My last stay Drs. Ma and Reddy took very good care of me while Dr. Higa was out of town. The nurses on the 4th floor are amazing. All of them are very friendly. The PCA's are amazing as well. The rooms are large and home like. I still have another surgery coming in the beginning of the year. I'm looking forward to seeing and talking to the staff.
Wow great hospital outstanding surgical team and wonderful surgical team. They were caring kind helpful just the best. However the family and friends waiting area is horrible especially as the day got later. The chairs are wonderful and the Wi-Fi really helps pass the time, but if more then few hours it's bad. My mom has been in there since Wednesday, Dr higa is awesome, the nurse Jeffrey in the icu unit has took such good care of my mom.. The staff everyone is so nice, the only thing is that they are not keeping her pain level managed, one night nurse said "drug addicts like opiod medicine ' I said my mother is 62 years old she has an open cut on her stomach she's in tears and crying and this nurse is standing there saying this, and she gives my mother tylenol, then later hours later she seen my mom in excruciating pain so she ga... read more
I love, love, love this hospital. Wonderful nurses and Dr's. I don't ever want to go to another hospital if I need surgery. Dr. Higa and his team here are outstanding. Marci Lee (r.n.) is a beautiful nurse who cares about her patients. Food in the cafaertia is very good and tasty. From the minute I step in the hospital I'm greeted with a smile and a good morning. Blessed and happy �
This hospital is awesome, This is the best hospital in Fresno! The staff here, you feel that they love their job cause it rubs off on the patients. They make there patients want to get better, this is my mother's second stay here, and she doesn't complain ever the way they treat her here. The staff, is the BEST!!!
It was an amazing experience the staff took excellent care of my grandmother from the second we walked into the door until we left. They treated her like the Queen of England. Being a healthcare provider I couldn't have been more thrilled at their care of her. We never met a rude or uncaring person. I have worked in many facilities this by far was the best! 🙏🏽❤️ Thank you to everyone there.
This is a hidden treasure in the valley. A very nice hospital. The staff is amazing. They took such good care of me. This is the place you want to be in when you're not feeling well
