There was traffic in the way and I was just 10 minutes late still payed a late fee which is fine I guess but she was kinda rude or at least very nonchalant with me then when she was done she didn’t tell me anything just left and who I think her husband rang me up. The work wasn’t even that good 4 days in and my barrels are already done. I only booked with them caz my regular Loctisian was busy and I needed my hair done will for sure not book with them again

I texted Ace earlier in the morning to try and come in at 10 AM before everybody else got there. She informed me that she was getting her haircut done at 11:30 so I should come at noon. I came at noon. I walked in the shop and I don’t see her so she’s not there so I texted her and she told me she still getting her haircut. She’ll been done in a minute, so I told her OK that’s fine.
