Every time I order on uber eats for pickup, I arrive when my order says it’s ready and they haven’t even started it. I walked in and was asked if I wanted to switch out noodles for rice because boiling the rice noodles would take 10 minutes…I placed the order 20 minutes ago….
I stopped in for a bowl and Manu served me...pleasant gentleman. He made my teriyaki bowl exactly the way I ordered it...thanks Manu. Delicious!!
Came on my dinner break at around 7 pm today to grab a bowl. The place was empty, I was helped quickly and ordered. Only one employee was working, and she either seems to be very inexperienced or not well trained. She started making my bowl, had to stop and remake it because she realized she was making the wrong one. However once she restarted on my order, I had to keep prompting her to add the required toppings. I am so disappointed with the food I got from freshii today. I ordered a smoothie bowl and it’s literally just a smoothie in a bowl. It’s practically soup with how thin it is. I was expecting a thick smoothie with the toppings nicely displayed on the top, but I just got cut up scraps of fruit that were scattered throughout the smoothie and sunk to the bottom of the bowl. I’m not sure how this location is in business. We waited 45min for 5 smoothies. Then were told they were out of key ingredients to make what we ordered. The smoothie bowl was liquid. This place needs to be cleaned.
