NO vayan a esta clinica. Me citaron a las 10am y me pasaron hasta las 11:30am Ya adentro me dijeron que tenia que volver a esperar. La mujer fue muy grosera diciendome “si quieres, y si, siempre va a ser asi” como si me estuviera regalando el trabajo. Al final tube que irme solo perdi mi tiempo, mi dia y lo que cobraron a mi seguro. Si valoran su tiempo y están pagando po un trabajo no vengan aqui.
I went to an appointment, but no service was provided and yet my insurance was charged for the service (fraud) I called for clarification but it has been 2 weeks with no response. I called my insurance but this issue hasn’t been resolved.
They OVERBOOK! I had an appointment at 11 and got a room at 1:15. I wasn’t the only one. Multiple people were complaining about the wait. Their excuse was that they only have one surgeon who has to finish every job he has even with complications. They are not open about being backed up until you get impatient. That one surgeon was also jumping around between me and two other patients.
Very happy with my visit. It was just a consultation for a potential route canal but everyone was great. Friendly staff, good doctor and got all the information I needed. Have an appointment set and if the work ends up being necessary, I have faith this place will fo a great job.
My sister had an appt at 2pm and didn’t get seen until 5ish. It’s currently 7:42pm and she’s still In there! We arrived way before 2pm and people been in that office since 10am and weren’t still not seen. So unprofessional!
