I want to give out a special thank you to fresh pond animal hospital for taking care of my rottie roxy during our very difficult time! From dr.surgon right down to the girls at the front desk they were all very caring and sympathetic to me my family and roxy.I was truly impressed with their caring and professionalism. AFTER putting her to sleep I received a great follow up sympathy card! They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I would rate them a 5 star rating! We moved to Peabody almost 2 years ago and we still come here because all of the staff are so amazing and take such good care of our babies. Dr. Brault took great care of Lola! They always fit us in when we need a sick visit and Dr. McCormack took such great care of Lola (and me) when Lola got sick.
