Very disappointed with this hospital. I had to bring my cat in for a visit during the COVID-19 pandemic. My cat had been ill for several days and since he is a senior cat I was worried something was very wrong. I dropped him at the door and he was taken inside to be examined. A few minutes later I get a call from the vet that some labs would have to be run to try to diagnose what was going on. Of course I was in agreement, then she dropped the price tag on me. Me & Maisy (my pug) LOVE everyone at FPAH. Maisy received the best care from the Drs to all the staff. It is a warm environment and everyone is patient and understanding. I feel very confident in the diagnosis she may get as well as tests, meds and whatever else is needed. WE LOVE YOU ALL🐶

I was so worried about my cat, Charlie, after he injured himself. I got no help from other vets in the area because we are new here but I was quickly assisted and reassured by Fresh Pond Animal Hospital. the fact that Dr. Jennifer Schwartz is the head of this hospital scares me to the core. she is an evil person that takes pleasure in prolonging torturous euthanasia procedures! I can only hope she experiences the utter pain my cat and I had to go thru for the past 5 years! she is a barbaric sick individual that doesn't care about the clients and their beloved pets! do not go to her!!
