My cat is my world. The staff at this hospital understands this, and treats her as if she is their world too. The staff and doctors are literally the kindest, most patient people I've ever met. I can't say enough positive things about their treatment. I feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing hospital for my pet. I highly recommend you use this clinic, and thank everyone for the exceptional service I've received.
Do yourself a favor and go to Porter Square Vet. All of the positive reviews for Fresh Pond Animal Hospital are older and do not reflect new management changes within the past year or so. I have saved so much money at Porter Square Vet, while Fresh Pond Animal Hospital suggests you go with the most expensive solution for even the most subtle of issues. It is a shame that FPAH changed from an accommodating neighborhood vet to what seems like a for profit big business model.
The staff is all so kind and compassionate. The doctors are top notch. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere other than here!
We took our 8 y/o Boston Terrier in for his wellness exam and to meet his new doctor (Dr Perkins) Ranger has never been a fan of new people but she got on the floor with him and made him feel like he was the center of attention... He misses Dr Ortiz but Dr Perkins was great as were all the staff... we were put at ease and everything explained to us which made us feel easier also...
