Horrible customer service. We just wanted wedding rings tats. Guy told us it would be a wait because they were busy. I said that was fine. After that we were never acknowledged. Until an hour later and they were asking why we were there and if we had been helped. All I could do was SMH and walk out.

Its an amazing shop everyone talks to you and interacts with the conversation your having. They are one big family up there. I have only gotten work done by nikki seven and shes amazing shes been working on my chest peice and i wouldnt have asked for a better person to do it.
Best tattoo experience I’ve had by far . Fresh is a step above the rest they are very friendly and do everything they can to make you comfortable. My tattoo took about 3 and a half hours . The time flew by thanks to the atmosphere and Hannah York. She is an extremely talented artist . Thank you Hannah
