I've had a lot of tattoos at different shops but never have I felt as comfortable as I did here. My wife and I came to get a small detailed lettering tattoo and we're introduced to Justin who absolutely blew us away with his skills. Everybody was very friendly and not the typical stuck up rude artist you normally deal with. They clearly appreciated our business and did everything to make us feel right at home. Definitely recommend.
My tattoos are all messed up. I know I came in on Friday the 13th but these look terrible. My lady bug looks like a blobbed mess. Now I'm in tears wishing I could get them off of me. My elephant is better but still jagged lines
Their specials are jokes, didn't get tattooed and walked away pissed. Bait and switch. And after reading some reviews, I see I'm not the only one with customer service issues. Not very professional. Won't be back
This was my third tattoo, I've gotten my other two in another state. Made an appointment a week in advance, got there and waiting almost two hours past my appointment time before I finally got to go back. I had originally scheduled with Landon but he was running late then as I was still waiting to go back he took another customer back. I'm not a wimp when it comes to pain but Dakota, who ended up doing my tattoo, was unnecessarily rough and I was in tears for almost the entire time it took to do my tattoo. Had my tattoo enhanced yesterday. Hannah was my artist and she was awesome. She added alot to my tattoo and now it looks great! I am so happy with all the colors and the design she added to my original. I HIGHLY recommend Hannah.
