Excellent experience. Thorough job without a lot of unnecessary chemicals and didn’t require us to chop off our beautiful boys hair. Appreciated the time teaching me what to look for and how to prevent re-exposure. This was hands down worth every dime (and took less than an hour). Glad we started with this step rather than the over-the-counter solutions.Left with a happy lice-free kid and happy mom.
Amy was amazing! We have a child with autism & she was so great with him & with out other children as well. She put all of us at ease ❤️ I would definitely recommend Fresh Heads to others!

Mr. Mike came through tonight! My kid had a reinfestation, and after I was told they were temporarily closing tomorrow due to the Corona Virus, they squeezed us in! Even though he'd been there all day long, he stayed way passed the call of duty to ensure my kid got treated and made sure we had exactly what we needed to keep a fresh head throughout this closure. Had so many issues with them, Theresa the manager of this location and their staff members insufficient training.... Had to reach out to the owners-twice! Cancelled my membership early and never looked back.
Very clean facility. Staff is fantastic! Love that the treatment is quick and is a one treatment and you are done and they guarantee it for 45 days. The treatment is a little pricey however it is well worth the money! Highly recommend their services and staff! They have a customer for life any time my children get lice! Thank you Fresh Heads staff for making this process so easy!
