3 weeks ago I paid a "grout guy" that Fresh Cleaning Management referred to me at their company. After he completed the work, I was told not to use the shower and "let the grout set", which was ok because I was leaving for 3 weeks the next day. Horrible experience with this company Never ever Last week we were waiting for them the whole day , they cancelled at 4pm and promised to come next Thursday at 9 am. Today same game. He finally came around 1pm and you can imagine instead of to clean carpets, he came to clean AC ducts Terrible. No sorry, nothing, the manager said that I ordered the AC ducts cleaning. But I ordered carpet cleaning and I have paper to prove that
Not sure if this a scam or these guys have the worst luck in the world! After they re scheduled my appointment for the third time, the same day or a couple of minutes before they were supposed to come, they won’t even return my calls. Everything from broken machine, driver not being able to make it, delays in other places and a building concierge not letting them take their equipment out (crazy, right?). They promised me 3 weeks ago they would give me a refund and clean my couch, haven’t heard from them in a week.
Have used their services for both my primary residences and rental properties. The company has always provided excellent service and their work was outstanding. I had this company come to my home for post construction cleaning after some renovations . I decided to add area rugs and furniture cleaning to get rid of the dust and allergens as will and they gave me a generous discount for combining services . I loved that I only had to deal with one company . I was very please with the service and how they accommodated to my schedule
once again this company came through for my carpet cleaning needs. I use them every 8-12 months to up keep my carpet and every so often to do a deep cleaning on my tile floor. Sincerely they are great, always punctual and best prices in town. I strongly recommend them.
