I really love this place, especially Miguel! I first brought my son to him after another barber had completely messed up his hair, and Miguel somehow performed a miracle and fixed it! My son also had this thing where, as his hair grew it’ll grow straight up, it would never fall down normally. Miguel was quick to figure that out too, and now his hair grows and lays the way it’s supposed to!
Friendly, energetic barber shop, Miguel did a phenomenal job cutting my hair since i started going to him would recommend, all barbers are skilled and make you look fresh
Worst customer service I’ve experienced from the barber Fahad Sheikh Late to appointments, slow to respond, and ultimately stopped communicating altogether. The last time I tried to book, he said he’d get back to me and never did. If you’re looking for someone reliable and professional, I’d look elsewhere. Lost me as a customer, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others.
I gave this barber multiple chances, but the communication and reliability were disappointing. He was late to my first appointment, takes a very long time to respond to messages, and on my last attempt to book, he told me he was busy and would get back to me. He never followed up.
