We live close to this one here, so this was our only choice. My mom gets her dialysis treatments here when she was still alive. Before the pandemic, my father or I was able to keep her company throughout her sessions there, but post pandemic we weren’t allowed inside, which is understandable. My mom was transitioned to this location in middle of March this year, and so far things are going good for her. I am also very happy and relieved that our experience with all the staff members that have been communicating with me have all been very helpful, understanding, and compassionate with our concerns and questions. I hope my mom will continue to receive this level of care moving forward and as she continues to battle her terminal illnesses.
