I went there on Tuesday to visit both of my grandparents. And it sickens me to see the lack of care they have for these individuals. First off there's was no one at the front desk, the whole time I was there which was hour and half. Lot of theses individuals use metro service to get to and from their appointment. So once the driver wheels them in they are left to sit in the lobby, until their names are called. And a lot of them need to be checked on.
