I was a visitor from a different state and the staff there treated me horribly. When I arrived I had no privacy, I had to fill out my paperwork as well as answer personal questions in the lobby in front of people whom I did not know. No type of communication amongst the staff, a few of the technicians didn't know what they were doing.
