My care has been very good. Technicians are friendly and attentive to my needs and the status of my machine. Doctors are very good at explaining things and answering all my questions.
I have to say Fredenius Kidney Care is just so about money and basically not about the patient well-being. They can be rude, and careless about your needs... I'm a patient at this clinic and I'm not thrilled with it or some of the staff and I don't care who knows it.
My mom goes here for dialysis and I can say honestly that the staff is very nice and they’ll go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care off.
