Visited this location today with my grandmother and the front desk heavy set woman was not welcoming at all. Do not recommend at all.
My mother was a patient here for a few years and initially had a good experience with the first staff that handled her care. Since her first month there, high turnover occurred, replacing the caring, educated staff with less qualified individuals/technicians that dialyze the patients. The charge nurse, Mitzy had zero bedside manner and would often see patients and their loved ones enter the location and not speak. Charge Nurse was rude as hell, blamed other people on her own incompetence and laziness, and she wasn't even wearing a mask
