The line techs and other line staff are great. The manager (or whatever she is) needs a little training on compassion. When I first started I was given a start time of 3pm. Treatment time is 4 hours, so my end time was around 7pm. This is well after dark (before daylight savings time). I have severe night blindness so driving at night is not safe for me (and perhaps others). I discussed this with staff so they changed me to a start time of 11am.
