Monday morning, I had to come here for dialysis while I’m staying in California. The nurse who was hooking up my chest port was very careless. When changing out my bandage. She did NOT properly clean the area thoroughly, she literally Just dabbed my skin one time with an alcohol wipe, that was it. Home patient retiring out of state, had to do in center here for a week on my way out. Loved them. They let me stick myself and listened to my complaining with smiles. I’d recommend them to anyone needing an oil change. Loved the heated chair. Might get one for home. No waiting!!! The patients weren’t very friendly, but what can you do, but ignore the unreturned smiles and greetings? Great nurse.
The staff is very respectful and kind. I am seen by Angel and Judy. Excellent people.
