They successfully installed a 13kw system for us, but they turned it on without permission from PG&E. I’ve followed up many times to get them to address this and after a year of them apparently doing nothing to fix the situation they stopped responding completely to my emails. I don’t even know if they are still in business.
System works but there were a lot of bumps along the way. Many promises made, that weren’t fulfilled. Price was right. Still waiting for some work to be done but he wont respond. Constantly having to ask and babysit him and his workers. Lacks attention to detail. Plan to be a project manager.
A project that was promised in a week took almost a year - a lot of lost generation! The system still doesn’t work right, and we are having to pay another company to fix it. The workers were rude and insisted on blaring misogynistic rap music while “working”. They damaged our brand new structure with their ladders. (Our old building and solar was destroyed, along with our entire ranch, by the Tubbs fire.) Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.
