Had it my way! – My business partner and I went on a spur of the moment, no reservations but we went on July 24, 09 so it was not busy. When arriving we were greeted and seated, we asked to speak to the Chef, who promptly came out; we asked him to prepare a five course meal of his choice for us. Best Restaurant in SLC – The food and service were hands down the best I've had in SLC. The eggplant gnocchi was excellent, and the lamb entree was perfectly done. Look forward to many more visits there!
I love this restaurant! – I went to this restaurant for the first time with my boyfriend's family last spring and the food was fabulous. I went with just my boyfriend and myself last Tuesday and the food was as good as I remember it. I had the potato soup with bacon and cheddar and was very impressed. It was delicate and subtle. Amazing Food!!! – I went to dinner here with my girlfriend and her parents. What a great time!! The food is out of this world! The ambiance is spectacular. We have lived in Utah for about 10 years and have never been here before. We went on the word of a co-worker who is a regular here. We were not disappointed, we felt like we stepped into another world. Chef Sotelo is a master!!! GO EAT HERE!!!
Truly Exceptional – Fresco is a rare gem in salt lake city. Srumptious Italian food, superb service, and amazing ambience. I had eaten there in the past and was told of a new chef renewing Fresco's eating experience to what it used to be. I was rewarded with the BEST Italian food I have ever had in Salt Lake. I reccomend this establishment to EVERYONE. Even if Italian food is not your "thing" Fresco's new menu has something all can enjoy, not to mention the pure enjoyment of eating at this hidden gem.
Best Fine Dining Establishment around!! – My husband and I went to eat here on 9/22/07. The food was amazing. For starters we had the stuffed calamari which was delightful and for entrees I had the Mussels and my husband had the Gnocchi's. Both were superb. Pleasantly Surprised – My husband and I went to this restaurant on 7/23/07 to celebrate a special occasion. We had reservations and were seated outside - upon request. I thought it was quite lovely outside but wished I would have seen more of the inside of Fresco's. Our waitress was great on suggesting some wonderful Italian wine for us.
