By far the best Italian food in the valley.
Had it my way! – My business partner and I went on a spur of the moment, no reservations but we went on July 24, 09 so it was not busy. When arriving we were greeted and seated, we asked to speak to the Chef, who promptly came out; we asked him to prepare a five course meal of his choice for us. He asked what type of meat we would like to have, I chose fish, and my partner chose pork, other than that everything we had was different, with each course being unique to the pork, and fish. Best Restaurant in SLC – The food and service were hands down the best I've had in SLC. The eggplant gnocchi was excellent, and the lamb entree was perfectly done. Look forward to many more visits there!
I love this restaurant! – I went to this restaurant for the first time with my boyfriend's family last spring and the food was fabulous. I went with just my boyfriend and myself last Tuesday and the food was as good as I remember it. I had the potato soup with bacon and cheddar and was very impressed. It was delicate and subtle. great food The food is spectacular at the Fresco. Good sized portions, and a pretty diverse menu. While some people don't eat veal (and that is there choice), I think that my favorite meal there was veal though I have many different things.

Amazing Food!!! – I went to dinner here with my girlfriend and her parents. What a great time!! The food is out of this world! The ambiance is spectacular. We have lived in Utah for about 10 years and have never been here before. We went on the word of a co-worker who is a regular here. We were not disappointed, we felt like we stepped into another world. Chef Sotelo is a master!!! GO EAT HERE!!!
