This is a great place to train. Ed, who owns the school, black belt Mike and the other upper belts have created an atmosphere that's welcoming and classes that are sure to up your game.
I visited from Florida and was impressed with the hospitality and level of Jiu-Jitsu at Frequency Martial Arts.
