My daughter went for a girlscout outing here. Ed was wonderful with girls. You could tell he was passionate about teaching and my daughter learned a lot and had fun!

Ed has the perfect balance of fun and structure for his students. The gym is very clean and well maintained. He has trained the other students to be welcoming and incredibly helpful to new kids in the class. My kids thoroughly enjoy this program!

No one had an ego or tried to prove they're better than you. They were very welcoming and treated you with respect no matter your level of bjj. They took time to explain the positives and assist you with the negatives when you rolled.

Business response:

Thanks for training with us and for such an honest review!! Keep training and we hope to be on the mats with you soon!!

Training BJJ had made my upper body stronger than it has ever been in my life. Not only am I stronger but I'm making friends with a lot of really nice people. I haven't met one person at the gym that I don't think is just awesome. And Ed is the greatest teacher ever and obviously a great dad. He's a phenomenal role model.....Mikes pretty cool too

I started my training at Freqency Martial Arts a few years ago. The upper belts are great here and provide a safe welcoming atmosphere to teach a very technical BJJ game. If you do not train this is the perfect place to start and if you already train the instructors at Frequency will really sharpen your game!
