I had the most disheartening experience here, I was looking forward to getting my hair done and feeling pretty but I overheard Sarah telling my stylist how disgusting and neglected my hair looked. She said I’m “beyond saving”. My confidence has been completely ruined and I will not be returning. I thought I’d share because no one else should be blindsided by something like this.

I was super nervous to get my hair lightened, I’ve had trouble with bleaching it in the past, my hair is super fine and usually becomes damaged from lighting treatments. This shop is so beautiful. Very modern and clean. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and a master of her craft! Great at explaining things and recommending hair care. Would highly recommend her and any of her staff. She definitely sets a high standard and it shows!
