just right once again... – i've been going to frenchys for a couple of years now. i am always satisfied with my service and the kind technicians. and i will continue to go back. these complainers--esp. maximusxxii and suepoo (or was that pub)--need to get a life. frenchys is a fast paced spa with an energetic atmosphere. yes, it is loud on some days, others aren't. maybe it would help for customers to communicate...explain what they prefer. frenchys treats customers politely and friendly. if you expect to be treated as a que... read more

One good manicure – I would agree with most of what has been said about Frenchy's, they do have some evil women that are less than gentle when dealing with you, however Koko is a wonderful manicurist! Definitely worth going back for.

Very disappointed – I went for a manicure, pedicure, and facial. The pedicure was first, and though it looks good now, it was painful as she cut my nails too short and the filing was hitting the quick underneath them. My manicure was awful. Though she cut/filed my nails very short, I had several chipped tips only a couple days later (the nails themselves!!) The facial was relaxing, but did zero for my skin. She didn't ask me a single question about my skin type or problems at all. And finally, when I checked out, I wanted to... read more

This place has been a disappointment time after time. I don't know why I keep giving Frenchy's another chance, they certainly don't deserve my money! Three times I've been in for a wax, SPECIFICALLY requesting that I not have a particular aethetician (there's one who is VERY harsh on the bikini area), and all three times I've ended up with her!!! Get it together! At least call me and warn me so I can reschedule. Then my coworkers gave me a generous gift certificate, which I have since misplaced, and they tell me they keep ab... read more

Don't waste your money – I bought my wife a combo-gift certificate here for our Anniversary. I should have used my best judgement and realised by the name alone that it was a cheezy place, I mean come on it's called Frenchy's? What is this Grease Lightning? But being a guy I just wasn't absolutely sure of it so I caved in and got her the certificate. My wife's services were rushed and sloppy, her nail polish looked sloppy to me and she showed me how bruised she is on her bikini from the wax. She also mentioned how loud it wa... read more

don't know if I'll be back – I once thought Frenchys was my lil' neighborhood place with professional services. I can not say that I feel the same with all the recent changes. In my opinion it stems from management and lack of professional staff. The previous manager was much better bar none, Tammy was courteous and on top of things and the dark-haired estetician Roberta had a better service that was very professional. I have tried to book with Jannetta who I know is also good but she is always booked. I prefer the old Frenc... read more

great services, poor "ambassadors" – First time visit, 2 services: wax and pedicure. Wax was done VERY quickly and efficiently, and it is quite inexpensive. Pedi was thorough and relaxing. Treatment areas are attractive and clean. Nice, unique selection of merchandise. I don't know what people are expecting differently in terms of the actual services, but the thing that kept me from giving overall high marks was customer service up front: the front desk staff mostly ignore customers. Offering a beverage would be nice. New cl... read more

marylou – As a frequent customer, I can say that whoever is writing the recent reviews is on a slanderous mission. It is interesting that the writing style is always the same - be it male or female. Just this week, Frenchy's was written up in Allure and as the Best Manicure in Seattle Magazine. I will keep coming back - the new management is terrific - such an improvement. The new spa area is beautiful - the new massage rooms are top-notich. I love the new client bathrooms and shower area. Keep up the good work!!!
