Worst Service - product ruined my shoes! – The product that Frenchie's used for my pedicure ruined my very expensive flip flops - when I called to complain, the manager told me that it wasn't their fault, it wasn't their problem. When I asked them what they could do for me to rectify the situation, I was basically told to try and retturn my shoes where I purchased them. Additionally, The pedicure was not classy. I got to soak my feet in luke warm wather for 15 minutes (the water got cold) then the pedicurist chatted with her... read more

Awful service. Awful manicure. – I went with a group of girlfriends to Frenchy?s to get manicures and it was the low spot in an otherwise great day. The manicure was rushed and the quality was horrid! The technician was rude and rushed through the manicure: neglecting to remove the wax from my hands after the paraffin dip and when she painted my nails she missed parts. The best part is that they have you hold your hands in front of a fan to dry them. Hmmm what happens to nail polish when you apply forced air? A terrible mani... read more

Dirty. – Nail clippings and skin fragments all over the carpet in the pedicure area. This is not the place to go for a $50 pedicure. The chair are comfy, but it's hard to relax while staring at toenails embedded in the carpet.

Overrated – I simply don't understand why the raves. Before my wedding I was treated to a day with some of the bridesmaids. Despite an appointment, we had to wait because they had fallen behind. Further, they tried to make up time by rushing through our services (not cheap!). My nails were not even dry and I had to be rushed for the pedicure. As a result my nails had gotten some air bubbles from the speed at which the manicurist was trying to work. Lastly, what's up with faded colors and old chairs? It's so loud and busy and... read more

Unfriendly Staff! – I went to Frenchy's to get a pedicure before Mother's Day because I'd been given a gift certificate. I was also a new mom, looking forward to some time alone. While I waited for my pedicurist, I noted all the signs advertising "mother's day specials" and "time with mom". While I had my pedicure, my mom was out and about in the neighborhood with my 7-week-old baby. She returned when I was finished, and as we were getting ready to leave, he started-- as babies are prone to do-- to fuss a little. We were try... read more

Good Customer Service – I would highly recommend Frenchy's for their customer service. I didn't like the look of my silk nails, but they were more than accomodating when I told them I wasn't satisfied. I went back and had a set of gel nails put on and they are beautiful! Thank you!

TERRIBLE silk nails – I had a set of silk nails done at Frenchy's on Monday and they couldn't be worse. Queen is the only person that does silks there and she wasn't very pleasant. The nails look fine from far away, but up close they are a disaster. The tips she put on are VERY obvious. They were not filed down smoothly and it caused a large lump where the tips start. The silk wasn't dry when she started painting them, so there is a little fabric pattern all over my nails. Looks like I pressed them all over my clothes and pu... read more

Speedy, accommodating manicure service – I was idly considering getting a manicure/pedicure on a Sunday afternoon, and got a recommendation from a friend about Frenchy's. I called and they were able to fit in the manicure, so my wife and I packed up our 7 mo. old and walked over. The decor is faux Greek, and the air hung a little thicker than I'd like with smells of perfume, but that's pretty par for the course. They checked me in, offered me a glass of water, and my wife and kid ensconced themselves on the plump sofas in th... read more

Frenchy's was not clean, friendly or reasonable for the hype they get! – Frenchy's was referred to us for manicures and pedicures. I had the pedicure and it was a rude awakening. You are shown a menu of pedi services and then the pedicure lady will tell you to pay only two dollars more for the top of the line Pedicure the "LULU". The first shock was how unclean the sitting and work area was. There were toe nail clippings, shed skin and dirty papertowels around my sitting area. The chair was comfortable. The sterilization wat... read more
