RecommendedTime in a bottle, the original Frenchy’s may have added more outdoor seating over the years, but the restaurant and great food is as it was 30 years ago!
Had a fun time on Cinco de Mayo when the torrents of rain hit the beach! The bar staff, Sam, new gal, Katie were great! Ordered the she crab soup and it was actually very good (that’s coming from a Mainer who knows chowder! Lol.) My wife had the raw oysters and she said they were so fresh and tasty. Thanks to the team there that handled the crowd trying to hide from the rain and made every one feel welcome! Kudos
This is our first stop every year! The Grouper and Crab fries are wonderful!
I ate at the original Frenchy's recently but had to park in metered parking. I asked the bartender for change for the meter and she said, "I'll give you a dollar but that's all." I replied, "That won't even get me an hour since it's $1.25" and she just shrugged her shoulders. She then suggested that I go to coin machine down the street. I couldn't believe it! Didn’t think it was anything to brag about
Been going for nearly thirty years best grouper sandwiches, stone crab and white sangria. A must if you are visiting Clearwater Beach.
Pleasant atmosphere, prompt service and good food!
Gotta go.for the grouper sandwich & smoked fish dip that made them famous!
the drinks and food is affordable. the mixed drinks have a good amount of alcohol in them. love this place
