I brought my car in for detailing. They left the carpet so wet that it took 4 days to dry. Now my car smells like a garbage dump. For $170 I expected my car not to smell like a garbage dump. They offered no remediation, except for me to take even more time off from work so they could shampoo it again.

Great service couldn't ask for anymore.
It’s nice to be able to get the whole car cleaned inside and out. While we waited we had some yogurt from Frenchies. Frenchies could have used some refresh on their toppings, but all in all a good experience.

I come to 5 Star Auto Spa because I know the employees that work there will always do a great job! I’m never disappointed with the quality of their service. I only wish I could have added a tip through my credit card! �

They do a pretty good job! However the last visit, my windshield was smeared. I didn’t notice until I had left. Plus they spilled my coffee on my seat. I reported it and they came back and wiped my cloth seat with a cloth and spray.
