Overpriced sparkly trash wallpaper! If you don't mind terrible customer service while overpaying for the product, this store is for.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WE SPENT SEVERAL THOUSAND AND DECIDED TO SWITCH OUT WALLPAPER FOR 1 ROOM AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD EXCHANGE THE WALLPAPER (THIS WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER). WHEN WE RETURNED IT 3 MONTHS LATER BECAUSE WE TRAVEL THEY SAID NO..AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD .. I ALSO REQUESTED A COURIER TO PICK IT UP AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD..AND THEIR SERVICE IS IS TERRIBLE.
Do no expect any help from them after they got your money. Product was good quality but we found out it was way overpriced. Do not pay their installation job its horrible! They deserved 2 stars because of their location.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with French Villa. I have lived in Miami for 14 years and I think many would agree with me when I say that finding those who provide fantastic service and a beautiful product and who stay in keeping with their word down to dates and times is practically unheard of. No, I had never met anyone from this store before. Cynthia, literally, showed me a wallpaper within ten minutes that I fell in love with and was perfect for my apartment.
