I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience here today.I came in with a clear picture of what I wanted,and I showed the hairstylist : a darker base color with visible face\-framing highlights,I showed the picture beforehand and explained exactly what I was looking for. I finally found my go to salon in Staten Island 🥹😍 I used to travel all the way to Brooklyn to get my hair done, but not anymore… French Twist Hair Salon is officially my spot! I was in last minute need of a wash and blowout for an event and found this hidden gem online. I called, and luckily they were able to squeeze me in (I think I got lucky with a cancellation!). I just had a very weird experience with the person who answered the phone and haven’t even been there yet. There was a miscommunication vs canceling and rescheduling my appointment and the person thought I was yelling at her when I repeated that I wanted to reschedule not cancel. I even apologized twice for whatever misunderstanding she might have thought happened. The response I got was very abrupt.
