First time here and I will be back! Loved the food, atmosphere and the coffee!
Service was terrible today!! It took forever and my food was cold. Sent it back and was challenged by the tall black girl ...like she didn't believe me??? Then your cooks basically reheated the same omelette instead of making a new one ...yuk?!! Service was terrible.. asked for a refund and the not one word like we're sorry or anything. Probably won't be coming back.
I came here around 6:45 and ordered some crepes and a hot chocolate and everything was great. 5 Star for the crepes but a 1 star for the workers. They said they closed at 8 but started closing down around 7 and turning off your TVs with the menus on them. People came in and wanted to order and I over heard them saying they couldn’t do it cause the oven was turned off. Also bad attitudes with the employees and they look mad. I love this place but the workers are the downfall.
I love the crepes. I love the restaurant concept. What I don't love is the huge price for not very much product. I think it's something like $8 for two measly crepes. What I also don't like is that they put ice INSIDE the cream carafe. Seriously? So when the ice melts, all you have is watered down half-and-half to put inside your coffee. I spoke with the person on duty about the issue, and they said they put ice inside the half and half container so that the cream doesn't go bad.
